Service bench

Any work carried out on the bench is charged at £60 per hour (£70.50 inc. VAT).

Minimum charge is for one hour, during which the fault is isolated.

If the fault can be rectified in the first hour that is the only charge made.
If correcting the fault will take more time, you will be contacted with details of how long the work will take, and how much it will cost.

No work is carried out without your prior consent.

Backup 

In the event of your computer going wrong, or even worst, being stolen or irreperably damaged, the most important thing is not your hardware,nor your software as these can be replaced, but your information, which is unique to you and sometimes is result of years of labour.

The only way to replace this information is from the backup.

Call out

For your convenience we can carry most of our work on your premises.

This work is charged at £75 per hour(£88.13 inc. VAT).

This work has to be agreed in advance, and paid for in full upon completion of the call out.

You are responsible for providing all software necessary to carry out the work.
